The Baltimore CIC isn't built around a single fixed room. It's a mobile innovation kit — laptops and hotspots funded by a $75,000 grant award, deployable across the WBC's many operations and locations.
That's intentional. Tech equity means meeting entrepreneurs and youth where they already are — not requiring them to come to one address. Wherever the work is happening, the CIC shows up.

Why Morgan State.
The Baltimore Metropolitan Women's Business Center is hosted at Morgan State University, an HBCU, and operates as an SBA-backed Women's Business Center.
The WBC serves women and small business owners across Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard, Frederick, Carroll, and Harford counties — six jurisdictions with deep entrepreneurial energy and real gaps in tech access.
RITE becomes the WBC's official Technology Partner, focused on AI and tech education for youth communities and entrepreneurs across the region.
